  • Bills are generated on the 1st of every month and the due date is the 10th.

  • In case of non-payment till the due date, the connection will be temporarily suspended.

  • After payment, a suspended account is activated within 4 hours maximum.

Common questions

Do you have any security payment for new connections?

  1. No, there is no security deposit for Fiber plans.
  2. For Air-Fiber plans we charge a refundable security of Rs 2500/-. 100% refundable within 1 year after closure of connection, within 15 days.

Do you have any installation charges for new connections?

  1. Yes, we charge Rs 2500/- for Fiber plans.
  2. Yes, we charge Rs 5000/- for Air-Fiber plans.
  3. If any height is required, then tower freight & installation charges of Rs 15000/- are extra.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Of course, you can upgrade your plan at any time. See our Fiber, AirFiber and Business plans.

What is your billing cycle?
