Yes we charge refundable security of Rs 2500/- for new Fiber and AirFiber Connections. This amount is refundable after 6 months on closure of connection.
WHAT IS ACTIVATION TIME FOR A DEACTIVATED CONNECTION?
It will take 4-8 hours to activate a deactivated connection.
WHAT IS YOUR BILLING CIRCLE?
Bills generated on 1st of every month and due date would be 15th of the month. In case of non-payment till due date, connection would be deactivated.
HOW DO I GET THE CONNECTION?
You can register online or contact us to let our customer support executive guide you through the process.
HOW DO I GET TO KNOW MY DATA USAGE?
Click on the My Account , Enter user id and password to know your current data consumption.
CAN I CHANGE MY PLAN?
Of course, you can change your plans at any time by accessing the data plans from the Plans page.
HOW DO I GET THE COPY OF MY BILL/STATEMENT?
