Do you have any security payment for new connections?
No, there is no security deposit on any plan.
Do you have any installation charges for new connections?
Yes — installation charges depend on feasibility.
Is a second connection free with AIRFIBER@7999?
Yes. With AIRFIBER@7999 you get a second connection on the same plan free — at your home or at your other unit. Installation charges depend on feasibility.
Are there any charges for equipment damage?
Yes, all equipment is company property. If there is any damage, it will be chargeable.
Can I upgrade my plan?
What is your billing cycle?
Bills are generated on the 1st of every month and the due date is the 10th of the month. In case of non-payment till the due date, the connection will be temporarily suspended.
How do I get the connection?

How do I get to know my data usage?
Click on My Account, then enter your user ID and password to see your current data consumption.
How do I get a copy of my bill/statement?
Log in to your My Account page to view your bill online.
What is the meaning of unlimited data?
Every plan is unlimited. Plans with a daily high-speed quota (50 GB, 100 GB or 200 GB per day, as listed on each plan) run at full speed until the quota is used; after that the speed drops to 10 Mbps or 5 Mbps, as shown on the plan, and your data stays unlimited.
